Well my new job is all lined up. Tonight I go to sign the contract. I will be working at Oedae (Way-dae) Language Institute in Jongno. I will no longer be teaching kids or should I say babysitting.
I guess I should take some pictures before I leave. Oh, also they are having a farewell party for me tonight however I can’t be there and they aren’t changing the date. Wow, I sure do love Wonderland.

Well I used to have my doubts but now I see that there is nothing more powerful than a ninja!

I just calculated all my pay and my expected pay for my remaining 13 days of work. I have calculated that in one year working in Korea I have cleared more than $30,000CND. Also you have to remember that work pays all of my househould bills, my insurance, my retirement tax (which I can apply to get back), and my rent.

Now in my rough calculations I think I would have had to earn at least $38,000CND to have the same kind of figures. Actually if you think about it and include income tax its probably more like $40,000CND.

Next time you need a job, think about Korea. Oh yeah, I forgot that will be earning about 20% more for my next contract. Ha!
