Beware

Monday, October 31st, 2005

Beware the beast man, for he is the devil’s pawn. Alone among God’s primates. He kills for sport, or lust, or greed. Yey he will murder his brother to possess his brother’s land. Let him not breed in great numbers for he will make a desert of his home, and yours. Shun him. Drive him back into his jungle lair for he is the Harvenger of Death.

What to do???

Saturday, October 15th, 2005

Since I came back to Canada, I have either been too busy to blog or I have had nothing to say. My wife, on the other hand, has been blogging like crazy since she came here. I guess that?s just how it goes. I have a strong feeling that this site will die, even though I don?t want it to. I want to do some cool web programming but I just can?t find the time or the ambition to do it. Plus, my wife and I are sharing my computer still since she left her notebook power adapter in Korea. For this reason it is hard for me to do anything that requires a lot of computer time.

I really want to run Ubuntu 5.10 full time. Then, I will install Tomcat & MySQL and redo my movie DB app in JSP with AJAX. This will have to wait until my wife gets her notebook working though.

Anyway, I should brush my teeth and get ready to go. Today we are going to the farmer?s marker, then out for breakfast, and apparently shopping for my wife?s winter coat. Yay?

Yes, End StarCraft NOW!!!

Tuesday, October 4th, 2005

Finally, someone gets it right:

Starcraft remains a cultural phenomenon and continues to be the most popular caf? game, by far. Television stations broadcast Starcraft tournaments with commentary, like other professional sports. Major corporations sponsor teams of professional Starcraft players. Most of the journalists and gamers we met here are sick of the Starcraft experience, and wish the country would move on. They seem resigned that the situation is not going to change.
